35 years fitting carpets and flooring. With serious experience and an eye for detail, Rab delivers perfect results every time. Alongside Craig, they’re the Batman & Robin of flooring—if Batman had sore knees and Robin ran on energy drinks. Guaranteed: a flawless floor… and plenty of on-site banter.
Craig
13 years working with Rab (deserves a medal). Expert in carpets, laminates, and winning customers. If there’s heavy lifting, he’s probably “updating the socials.”
Also the force behind RTR’s social media—capturing every project and pretending Rab understands hashtags.
Tracey
30+ years in customer service (mainly Motor Trade), so she’s seen it all. Now running the RTR showroom, keeping Rab organised (full-time job), Craig focused (miracle), and everything running smoothly—while helping customers plan their dream homes.
Frank
English Bulldog. AKA: The Slobber Machine. Main Boss. Full-time menace.
Frank rarely visits the showroom (for obvious slobbery reasons), but when he does, expect chaos. His management style? Equal parts royal entitlement and toddler energy. He may not lay floors… but he definitely runs the place.
